Sadaqah Jariyah

Share the blessing through Sadaqah

Give your Sadaqah to provide refugees and their families with continued critical assistance.

You can share the blessing of water with refugees through Sadaqah Jariyah.

Your Sadaqah Jariyah can help us to build and maintain water wells in the camps and drought affected regions, providing access to safe water for thousands of families.

The importance of clean water is even more critical since the outbreak of COVID-19 as families who do not have access to soap and clean water are unable to protect themselves from risk of infection.

“The nearest water point was some 20 minutes away from my home. I used to walk there seven times a day and queue for more than one hour every time to collect water. I had no choice. As a mother of nine, I need a lot of water to wash my children.” Lizbeth is a South Sudanese woman who lives with her family in the camps in South Sudan.

From sinking new water wells in the Rohingya refugee camps, to maintaining water systems in Mauritania and providing potable water in South Sudan, we are on the ground making sure that every family in the camps has access to a clean and sustainable water source.

Sadaqah Jariyah is an act of continuous charity; one that will benefit both the person who gives aid to those in need and the one who receives help, even beyond their lifetimes.

Please give today.

By donating today, you can help refugees access:

A boy and a girl in a refugee camp in Syria. The girl is having some water from the communal water tap. Providing potable water and raising awareness among children about the importance of hand washing is essential for preventing the spread of COVID-19.
