A special celebration to mark World Refugee Day on Thursday 15 June

Australia for UNHCR is hosting its annual World Refugee Day lunch in Sydney on 15 June to celebrate the courage and resilience of refugees and displaced people around the world. This year we’re focused on the transformative power of sport to improve the lives of refugee children, including those who’ve been separated from their families.

ABC sports reporter and broadcaster, Tracey Holmes will host this year’s lunch. She’ll be introducing us to refugees who are kicking goals in many areas of their lives.

DATE: Thursday 15 June, 2023

TIME: 11:30am -2pm 

LOCATION: The Grand Ballroom, The Fullerton Hotel | 1 Martin Place, Sydney


TICKETS:
Individual Ticket: $249 per person (price includes a 2-course lunch and drinks; a selection of beer, wine and soft drink will be available)

Corporate Table: $4,490 (price is $2,490 for 10 tickets and a $2,000 tax-deductible donation)

Refund policy

Attendees may cancel their tickets without penalty up until 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations received within 30 to 14 days before the event will incur a 50% administration fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event will be non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing to events@unrefugees.org.au.
