The floods in Pakistan have taken the lives of more than 1,700
people, and have affected 21 million people. Some 14 million are
still in need of humanitarian assistance. UNHCR has been on the
ground from the very beginning, providing the affected population
with urgent relief items like blankets, tents, jerry cans and
plastic sheeting. Please take a look at the work we're doing on the
