Position: Australia for UNHCR Frontliner

Australia for UNHCR is looking for enthusiastic, motivated people to join its Face to Face fundraising program. Our frontliners work in small teams in shopping centres and street locations interacting face-to-face with potential donors to support the work of the UN Refugee Agency, UNHCR. The program raises funds for refugees around the world who are protected and assisted by UNHCR’s Emergency Response Teams.

Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon- Sun (working a minimum of 5 days per week).

Locations: Sydney CBD and suburbs (easily accessible by public transport).

To be part of our professional passionate team you need to have:

• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to relate to all types of people
• Passion, drive and reliability
• Friendly, fun loving personality
• Previous face-to-face sales/customer service experience
• Current working visa or permanent residency

The position offers an hourly rate of $15ph + bonuses, achievable performance incentives, opportunities for promotion and full training and support
