From marathons to barbecues, to movie nights and mufti days, there are loads of fun fundraising ideas and easy ways to help refugees in need.  Remember, every little bit makes a huge difference, and by getting friends together to help, you'll also be helping us raise awareness about refugee issues. Step 1: Choose a fundraising idea - (run a marathon, break a record, have a movie night, host a barbecue, have a garage sale)

Step 2: Read through the FAQ's here

Step 3: Complete the Proposal and Registration forms, and return it to us

Step 4: We'll review your application once you've sent it to us and once approved, we'll issue you with an Authority to Fundraise certificate.

Step 5: Fundraise! Visit your neighbours, put a piggy bank on your desk at work, send an email to everyone you know, post a link on your Facebook wall… Spread the word as far as you can!

Step 6: Send the funds you have raised and your Authority to us. The funds will support the program you have nominated, and you will be issued with a tax receipt.
